Where to find oversized pirate hat wow

Comment by theraafa For some reason, I first wanted to say "moo", just to say what would happen. To my surprise "Bossy" lowered her head, like if she knew that I had to cut her head. Poor cow. Comment by LukeOwens For all of you who are made queasy by this quest, remember: when all is said and done, Bossy is in the words of Tom Lehrer "Half a ton of I haven't laughed so hard on anything in the game as I did when the Fleet Admiral and the Baron started kicking that poor cow's head back and forth.

Of course, as a RL outlaw biker, I give thanks to the cow every day for supplementing my lifestyle. Without the cow, I wouldn't have decent riding chaps.

Comment by Dragonbro Easy to find once you know where to go. Oversized Pirate's Hat - After going through the tunnel to Booty Bay and down the ramp, go left and follow the path to central Booty Bay.

You should find Narkk Pirate Supplies on your left, Cow Head - Just turn around from visiting Narkk , head straight out of the Old Port Authority onto the walkway and go left toward Booty Bay and continue straight until you reach 3 dwarves on your right.

Just past the 3 dwarves is a green ramp take the ramp up and at the top, just ahead, you'll see Fin Fizracket on the right; dying from some disease and laying there. Directly in back of you on the other side is a ramp.

Take it to the top level. Passing a path on your right and looking ahead you'll see a shack with a stovepipe jutting out of the roof. There are two entrances to the right. Take the second one. Straight ahead you will see Rikqiz Leatherworking Supplies. Go up the stairs in back of him and at the top is Bossy. Had no qualms about killing her as I had been looking for her for over half an hour. Took my frustrations out by killing her with no hesitation.

Don't know what happens if you choose "Chicken Out" which is the second choice. I did this from the Horde side. Good hunting! Comment by nalshen I felt like a poor quality human being after doing this quest :. Comment by Hairband I almost puked when I got up to Bossy's room.

I think I'm going to be sick over this quest. Comment by Sheason Good night, sweet queen. Your sacrifice will not be forgotten. Yes it will. Comment by Kogure Does anyone know if it would be possible to get the Cape achievement without doing this and any quests that follow it?

Because I am NOT going to finish this quest. Comment by Ghouls They should build a statue for Bossy. Maybe after they fix the Goblin statue that's been broken for five and a half years now. Let those Alliance cows die! Not poor sweet Bossy! Comment by KalmarLoridelon After you cut off her poor head you have to watch as it gets kicked around to "rough it up".

Comment by Dasher Anyone else came here to read these comments, just to see if you can somehow avert Bossy's fate? Comment by Ardsamy Remember that you can get revenge for Bossy!

The fools didn't realize it would make it so much easier to turn on them. Click "at war" on the Booty Bay reputation and avenge the hell out of poor Bossy! Comment by cephadex We didn't have this quest back in classic No way. Comment by jdc Strange how nobody has mentioned that the cow is looking down the stairs wondering how to get down it. Take her head. She will make it down in pieces ready for cooking :P It's either that or she will starve to death looking at the steps. Comment by MaximusPM Narkk says it breaks his heart to carve tauren horn holes in the hat but Fleet Master Seahorn's horns barely clip through the bottom of the hat, much like as if the hat is just resting on top of them, not being pierced by them.

Blizz wanted a joke, but didn't really care whether it made sense or not. EDIT: Unless he's actually carving the hat to perfectly fit with the horns and I just defeated my whole point here xD. Comment by Gymlea Easy to do if you know where to go.

After getting the quest from Fleet Master Seahorn climb on the rail behind him and jump down. Using your mini-map make sure that you are facing north. Walk until you see a ramp-up on your right, and a ramp-down on your left. It makes it simple to find what you need by first: Going up the ramp, go straight ahead at the top, to the second door on your right.

Bossy the Cow is at the top of the stairs. You must kill Bossy, by clicking on her and choosing "Do the Deed". If you "Chicken out" nothing happens, and you can still complete the quest. When done, go downstairs, out the door, and straight ahead to jump off.

You land with a building behind you. Turn right as you landed, go just a short way, and in the door; turn left, at the end of the aisle, on your left is Narkk the Goblin who sells Pirate Supplies, including the Oversized Pirate's Hat you need.

Have fun. Comment by alvinleong I found it interesting that I had absolutely no qualms butchering dozens of sentient beings in other quests, but when it came to a single cow, I came to Wowhead to see if there was a workaround. Comment by melchizedek80 Funny how there are no references to Cattle Decapitation here. There's literally a cow getting decapitated in this quest! Comment by tursiops9 I came here in the hopes of finding an answer to an issue I was having with this quest. Oddly enough, I thought this was the place for doing so.

Boy do I feel dumb after actually reading the comments. I really "love" all the comments about "poor Bossy", the imaginary digital cow!

Lucky for Blizzard nobody gives a darn about killing sapient beings also imaginary. And we certainly wouldn't want to use their fur for clothing or partake in the murder of delicious meat bags to keep our toons alive, lest we become nauseous. How do you feel about killing self-aware vegetables? Do you cry yourself to sleep when you need to whack an attack pumpkin or a killer carrot? Please feel free to stop playing such a vile, offensive game and find something more suitable to your grandiose sensibilities.

Comment by RelMayer Yes, the hero of Azeroth brought a head that evening. But before that, he boarded a ship sailing across the ocean to Kalimdor. Because the hero had previously heard stories of a hostile tauren clan living in Dustwallow Marsh. Few will regret one of these aggressors. The only thing left for the hero was to quickly deliver the trophy obtained from the real tauren back to the Booty Bay.

A cow named Bossy to this day lives in the same house on the pier, still trying to overcome its arch-enemy - the stairs. Comment by zingar for some reason the quest wont show as completed running the script to show if its completed even after doing it several times with party sync. Live PTR. Classic TBC. He's in the inner left corner, 43 Comment by He was easy to find.

He has a stall in the first building entering Booty Bay from the sea. The one with the bell tower they're repairing since the tidal wave. He is in the last stall on the left. He also sells parots.
